Testimonials

Toni is a warm and approachable trainer who has given us not just the theory but also practical tools and strategies that have already been helpful in our teams!
It was very useful to have the training spaced over several months, it allowed us to take time to reflect on learnings and gradually build skills.
The training allowed our team to have conversations that were new. It was a space to share personal growth, strategies and successes.
Thank you, Toni, for sharing your knowledge and helping our team grow as great leaders. Your patience and sense of humor contributed to a great atmosphere in the room. I’ve learned a lot and look forward to using these new skills in real life.

Toni has been volunteering with Dress for Success (DFS) since 2017. I have come to know and work closely with Toni through her involvement as a volunteer coach with the DFS coaching program. In this role, Toni has demonstrated her insight and empathy in coaching clients of Dress for Success towards their employment goal. Many of our clients not only face unemployment but struggle with a lack of confidence, self-esteem and external barriers such as racism and ageism. In her coaching role, Toni uses her expertise and skills to provide a coaching partnership that encourages women to identify and draw on their strengths whilst supporting them to manage things both within and out of their control.

One of the most subscribed workshops is ‘Relationships in the Workplace’, developed and facilitated by Toni. Clients provide overwhelming positive feedback that this workshop has assisted them to think differently and challenge their negative thoughts enabling some shifts in moving towards their goal.

Finally, I have been lucky to work with Toni on a new program ‘Success Works’, working with women in correctional centres. As a pilot, this program has required a degree of resilience and flexibility. Toni has all this and more! She is the person who want by your side when things are not set in stone and you have to adapt quickly to your surroundings. She is confident working with women in prison and creates a warm and engaging workshop where the women feel comfortable to speak up, ask questions, even expose their vulnerabilities and learn. I cannot speak highly enough of her skill in delivering this program.

Career Support Programs Manager, Dress for Success Sydney

Toni had an amazing ability to understand and work out our staff, what they do, the challenges they face and the real issues that we were trying to address. This meant that the training she delivered was incredibly relevant and personalised to those receiving it. This provided a better engagement than we have experienced previously and was not a “cookie cutter” session that people would turn off or shut down during.

She was also not afraid to call out or question people on their feedback during a session to make sure they truly understood and had taken on board what was being discussed. In addition to her ability, Toni’s passion for training people was very evident and something she would find hard to hide even if she wanted to.
